dude i literally shut EF down my first time. thats how strong my frequencies are. ive almost blown my computer up several times sitting at it. for months after taking it i would cause a distinct humming noise on the radio and on the motorola handsets at work. it finally went away a month or two after i completely quit taking zicam. this is not a joke.

next time you have to find zicam nite time formula. it cost the same but stronger. two bottles would blow your mind(or maybe one bottle of nite time and one bottle of day.). stay away from anything else. trust me. if you like it so far and you loved shrooms then you'll love it.
