site with motion weight lifting routines

once upon a time i use to be able to go to this one website that had the proper motion and all to weight lifting exercises.

can someone hook me up with this. it had the proper form and all and had i think gif images showing how to do each exercise or something to that effect.

In the training info sticky near the top of this forum there's a link (exrx) such as you've described. There's also sites listed that have short video clips.
