I would try to stick to the glutes, theres two try to aim for the lateral superior gluteus minimus on either side of the Coccyx. The quads work well but watch out for the femoral vein and nerve you want to try to get to your vastus lateralis muscle, and the deltoids work well too but try to inject into the middle fibers so you wont have to worry about much discomfort when you laterally or medially rotate, you will still feel it during Abduction of the shoulder joint but this movement isn't nearly as repatitive and you wont loose much range of motion. As for the calves this becomes a little more tricky you have to go superior enough so you dont hit your calcaneal tendon or where the gastrocnemius and soleus meet you'll know if you hit these though guarenteed
try and stay away from the pecs, traps If you are injecting to the biceps you need to try to isolate the long head on the biceps brachii and use that for your site injection. $20 says youll hit the tendon. i have daily winnie i use along with weekly deca and test i only use the glutes and deltoids, been just fine hope this helps
