site injection (calves)

I'm thinking about injecting either winny or EQ in my calves, but I can't find any info on how to inject the calves, specifically. Like where, how, etc....Anyone got any info on this?

Secondly, is it even beneficial to inject the calves. I lack the genes for calve growth, so I thought I'd give this a try.

it hurts, but then the times I did it I used prop or suspension

I shot in the outside head in the hope that the inflamation would stretch out the muscle fascia there. Done occasionally I think it has some benifit. It is not practical to regularly do this.

I either went in the side with a 1" 25g, or buried a 5/8" pin straight on. Either was you are not gonna be putting much more than a cc there.

you will get lost of people asking you why you can't walk right. think up a long list of excuses.

calf shots!

yup, rotate between inner and outer heads and be prepared for alot of pain. Calves should only be trained once a week and no more when your doing calf shots. You will like the results though.

Do you guys think it is more beneficial to simply work calve muscles out twice per week plus having full movement of lower leg or site inject and have pain, restricted movement and only be able to work calves once per week?

i sticked them with Winny

and there was no pain. I think it is a personal thing. Some do have pain, some don't. Don't feel anything with Primo either.
I picked a spot where i was certain not hidding a vein. (You are never sure, but you try).

Do you inject both heads(not the cock)?
Do you inject in the middle of the muscle or on the sides?

How much in each injection of winny?
and is a 1cc;25g,5/8 syring ok?
