This is my 5th week, and I am finally able to really pack on more weight to the bar, I feel much stronger. My CHEST days on the 4th sets I am really upping those by almost 10lbs more than last weeks 4th set, and I fell I can go even more :chomp:
 
I must be ready for Phase2 if Phase1 now seems to have me really going strong, this last week I can really lift more than before, but still smooth 4-5second reps.

Can't wait to bulk up more on Phase2
