I suppose some of my workouts look tame compared to some newbie who comes in and does 1000 sets for chest (including cable crossovers-silly shit), while all I do is three-four exercises for chest and thats it. Once the mind muscle connection matures you need less to do more in my opinion.
Yeah I used to see them all at Gold's when I was there. tons of sets and no food to speak of. Youth!

yeah, idk, there are plenty of dudes around here (you guys who come in at 930pm on friday with your black spandex shirts w/the gold chain hanging out) and hit some flats and preacher curls to get that club pump before you go stand in line outside the bars. i know the use plenty of juice, but most of them might, just might be able to hit 315 on the bench. i can't tell ya how much they SQ or DL, but i can tell you that they do have a mean lat pulldown....i'm kind of ranting, i think....
 
i'm going to replicate that workout, with a slight twist. it will be done over the course of a week and a half.

yeah Galaxy...Big ol' boys like you have a hard time moving that fast as a friend of mine is built like you and he fucking hates it! So I do it to him every time we train...he pukes every time! I made him puke on delts! It did start with six side lateral drop sets though...Hmmmmm Maybe that was it! 60,50,40,30,20,10! Look like a retarded Karate Kid by 10#! Then we did 20 rep sets on hammer military with 3 45's each side..well I did...he did 10 reps! I have always been good at volume like that really fast paced. Weird part is I had good PL totals too which by fiber type does not make sense. BP 525 single ply Inzer old school shirt, DL 645x4, no suit SQ 685x2 no suit. Does not make sense really but hey, I am cool with it.

Yay for Sissy squats. Glad I'm not the only one that does those damn things. I have people make fun of me at the gym I just started at for doing them. Screw them anyhow.

You got balls bro. I can't handle quads and hams on the same day. It's just too much for me whether I'm on/off the sauce.

Yeah that 525lbs bench would be like 775lbs in the new shirts. Thats just a silly weight to tell people when they ask. And they always ask. Either way 525lbs is silly.

Im a big fan of loading up the bar for one all out set of squats. Its weeny but i respond to it. Throw in some hacks , exts and curls and i call it a day. Wish i had half your drive bro.
