Check out this guy doing his Olympic lift work out. His name is Pyrros Dimas and he's retired as of 2004. I was especially impressed with his 440 squat that he does twice at the end. It looked like he could have done more reps if he had wanted too.

How fast does he move when he's driving overhead? He looks so comfortable with those weights! Goes to show that you do not need to be big to be powerful!

dimas is a legend, he's amazing to watch. I think his best snatch was around 180k, 396 lbs , at under 187lbs bodyweight.
