Simple wisdom guys...and girls......

I'm not claiming in any way to be the biggest baddest dude. Or claiming to be a fountain of the most complex types of AAS knowledge, nutrition, anything like that, etc...I have a decent amount of knowledge, much of which I learned by the good bros 'round these parts and by reading and researching. Knowledge is something I plan on collecting my whole life, in all walks of life, not just concerning AAS.

That being said, I see so many posts asking what can I take to like Brad Pitt? What can I take to lose 20lbs by next week? What can I take to gain 20lbs of solid muscle and drop 5%BF in 2 months? Etc, etc...Guys and gals, if it really all came in a bottle, most veryone on the planet would be walking around with perfect physiques. There is no Geenie (sp?) in a bottle. You can ask questions on what may help you get to a desired point quicker, but you gotta put in the work. Diet, training, and rest are the real keys. As is Knowledge. HARD WORK AND DEIDCATION!!! Not trying to sound condecending, but I think a lot of people have lost touch with reality a bit. There should really be more threads on the diet and training boards, asking, what kind of diet and training can I do to help me get to a certain point? Not, okay what can I take to be the new me in 8 weeks? And we all know how much money the game can cost. Well if it was about magic potions, think how much each bottle of potion or each pill would really cost then. Steroids and clen and all that good stuff are merely catalysts. Not magic beans.

Sorry to rant. But the real end result I think is people risking hurting themselves because they think all they have to do is swallow pills ar shoot up for 2 months to wake up to the body they see in the magazines.

Very good point, the board is full of guys that havent the learn the keys to success and are looking for a quick fix.

Nothing can replace a sound diet and a well thought out approach to your cycle.

I think bulking is just an excuse to eat like a pig. Unless you are looking to get freaky big, its a lot more healthy and looks a lot better to just eat clean and do cardio year-round.

My pleasure man. I spent a lot of time having others help me, and still do sometimes, so it's nice to finally be taking some of what I've learned and help others when I can.

yo slyder...doesn't winny do all this? BTW...i can drink it right? this dude at the gym told me that it does and i can :evil: he's huge...like 6'-0" @185lbs...i wanna be just like him :evil:
 
Funny how this all works. I came to this board because i heard it was the "it" board for info regarding cycles, diet, training, etc. I almost can't enjoy the steroid discussion forum because it is the same questions every day by folks, many times green and misguided, who ask to get big and lean quick. I enjoy sharing knowledge to those eager to learn and do things the right way, and certainly enjoy gaining info as well, but you know no matter advice you lend some guy is going to do a cycle anyway.
