D downs New member Oct 17, 2005 #11 Sorry , its 2 doses of 200mg per ml, 2 ml a week, sooo 400 a week for 10 to 12 weeks. So the consensus is to just eat clean and a lot. I dont need anything other then the multivitamin Im already taking?
