Just looking for the OK make sure everythign is in check:

1-10 testE 250mg mon and fri
6-10 winstrol 50mg ed oral (also can get the liquid to drink or shoot which do you think would give better results?)
a-dex .25 ed
HCGenerate throughout

PCT: Nolva, Unleashed, Sustain, NeedtoSlin (forma stana on hand as well but wasn't planning on using it)

I am gyno prone which is why im running the ed.

would clomid be better for PCT or does it come down to personal pref?

Is Adex good for controlling bloat or is would you suggest another product?
 
looks good pin the test mon-thurs, with all you have for pct i dont think you'll need the clomid but maybe throw in 25mg a day for a couple of weeks,adex should control the bloat but i dont think youll get enough bloat to justify using it but who knows, whats your stats btw?

stats:
23 years old
5'10 at 215
lift 4x a week
diet breaks down to roughly 250g protien 3000 cals a day (might drop to 2600 to start as i want to stay lean as possible)
mon: chest, abs, 30 min cardio
tuesday: back cario 45 min
wednesday: shoulders abs cardio 30 min
thursday: bis, tris, forearms, cardio 45 min
before ea day I star with one leg exc (squats,calves, curls, press) mix the four up every month

over the course of the weekend i usually pick one day to bang out 100 situps pushups and pullups as well.

cycles: about 5 PHs over the last 3-4 years. One test e when I was 18 but had no idea what I was doing and stopped before it was to late (3 weeks in)
 
I like simple cycles, I started a similar cycle a few days ago but using Tbol to kick instead of winny at the end,
Id run winny whilst the test clears though rest looks good!

You havent said what your goals are? if your looking to make the most of test, id train 5times per week and up the calories! 3000 really isnt much above maitanence for a bloke your weight!
If your worried about staying lean, just eat clean for the majority of the cycle and you should be fine!
Wouldnt worry about adex throughout, unless your really gyno prone!
im using forma during cycle to keep bloat down, never used it before so cant comment on its effectiveness,but looks promising!
 
thanks a lot for your input. Simple cycles r my cup of tea. I feel when I added more products and made it more and more complex it was harder to come back to normal and I lost more during PCT no matter how solid of a PCT it was

I think I will scrap the weekend callistics and give friday its own legs day with some abs and cardio.

Im looking to stay as lean as possible, harden up (winstrol), and gain a little thickness and overall size

I am gyno prone. I just had the surgery to remove lumps but the asshole doctor wouldnt remove the entire gland. So i want to be as careful as possible. I can still see the fatty tissue when my body temp is warm (when im cold they looks great) so i was even hoping that some consistent adex and nolva in PCT would be able to reduce these effects even more.
