sick/dizzy on leg days

Hey there

Since starting phase 2 I've gotten a little sick to my stomach part way through leg day. And dizzy enough to have to sit down for a few mins between sets.
Not sure what might be causing this?

The only change to my routine has been N.O EXPLODE before my workouts.

I've had to cut the past 2 leg days short cause of it.

any insights?

~could be the No-xplode is too strong for you or Causing a lot Diuresis ( water loss)
Try drinking More h20 ( about 2 glasses 30 minutes before)

~Also N0-xplode has Taurine and some have a allergy to it which may cause some of you syptoms
 
NO Explode and a few other pre workout supps do this to me too. Jet Fuel works great for me though. Might try it out sometime.
