Thanks Dude! Considering it was unbelievably quick to do! Ben shot all the footage and edited the whole thing in two hours! He's nuts. He's going to do the next one and my after photos. He filmed it in full 1080P but for some reason you cant watch it that way...I was kind of dissapointed cause I look a little buffer

Great video man. I got a Sony HD 1080p camcorder too for the baby stuff and I love the quality. I was thinking about bringing my camcorder to the gym to take some video's now that school is back in session around here the gym is dead around 2pm when I go.

As a side note, I'm guessing you're one of those guys who shaves in the morning and that's your 5 o'clock shadow growth a few hours later, lol. Wish I could grow a beard like that.

Nice man. My friend Ben, the guy who made the video, has been a producer, editor, and Director of Photography for about five years and helped out of films like adventureland and some Doritos commercials... He brought lighting and a mic and his "Low end" camcorder. He's pretty legit. For the next video I'm going to get some actuall workout footage. It's nice cause I work for the University and I can workout alone after hours if I want to Ben's also going to be doing all the Post Cycle photos which I'm stoked about! He does amazing work.

Yeeaaaahhhhh, I hate shaving that beard took about four days to come in. I get the whole "Hey you look like that dude who played wolverine!" like twice a day no joke. If my hair was as long as it was last week it's more noticeable. I think I'm going to send him some pics and see if he needs a new body double. You should give Vin Diesel a call
