Please be welcome to comment my shoulder workout. This is the part that is lagging the most.

I've always done shoulders once a week, but I would like to try working them out 2 days per week.

Sunday: Light weights :), Shoulders 15sets, biceps/triceps

Side laterals, sitting on a bench

5 sets, working up in weights(starting light for 2 warmup sets, then pyramide 5 sets), reps 10-15

5 sets Military presses with bar
Startoing low. reps 10-15

One arm side laterals standing

5 sets, reps 10-15


Thuesday:

Shoulders

Side laterals 3 sets of 15reps

Militarypresses standing.

4 sets of 5-6 reps each

Side laterals behind back, 3 sets 5-8reps
 
How could you possibly be working shoulders 2 times per week and still be hitting your chest??? My shoulders get hit so hard on chest/back days that I don't even like working them on their own day. Try cutting back your delt work instead of increasing it.....work your front delts with your chest and your rear/side delts with your back.
