Shoulders crackling sound ?

When I do incline dumbbell or bench my shoulders sometimes feel like there crackling I've only been working out one month is this a problem I have or is it normal please respond ?
 
Doesnt seem normal.. Crackling isint usually a good thing.. Try lighter and focus on your chest more
 
Try warming up more thoroughly. Also make sure technique is good.

i had the same problem up until i started doing some rotator cuff exercises and stretching prior to benching.also find a range of motion that eliminates the popping regardless if its not "the ideal elbow flare".
 
Yea sometimes I doesn't do it I only get a quick warm up maybe I should warm up a bit better

Your warmup is just as important as working sets. It gets blood flowing and prevents injury.
