Im in my 10th week of my cycle. Has gained 9 kilos so far. BUT last sunday after benchpress i had a sharp pain in my shoulder. I didn't train the following week (xcept legs) resting my shoulder. So today i tried to train chest but had to give up after first try due to pain. Then i tried training biceps but it was quite painy too....

So i think i have to give it one more weeks of rest. DAMN !!!!! And my tren was just beginning to work. Should i keep my calorie intake lower then ?

You need to ice it at least twice a day. I have had the same problem, your shoulder istn't used in just chest and shoulder presses. Now, I have not taken a day off since the pain, though i should, but i know for sure that icing it like crazy does wonders. Go buy at bag of ice at a gas station, put it on your shoulder for about 30-45 minutes twice a day......mmmmm yea
