Im in my 10th week of my cycle. Has gained 9 kilos so far. BUT last sunday after benchpress i had a sharp pain in my shoulder. I didn't train the following week (xcept legs) resting my shoulder. So today i tried to train chest but had to give up after first try due to pain. Then i tried training biceps but it was quite painy too....
So i think i have to give it one more weeks of rest. DAMN !!!!! And my tren was just beginning to work. Should i keep my calorie intake lower then ?
