question....ive been on for about 3 weeks goin into 4 with 500 test enanthate...250 test prop...and 50 mg tbol...i hurt my shoulder pretty good and on a normal basis id prob take a week off or so and load up on protein..if i do this will this throw my cycle out of wack or should i just suck it up?

how bad does it hurt bro? can you do any type of raises or presses? if you attempt shoulder presses and the pain is "unbearable" or seems to get worse, the best "logical" idea would be to stop cyc and start a PCT and at least almost fully recover from the injury. Ive had a left shoulder injury for 3 plus years from arm wrestling, its a bitch. You will have to find lifts that keep the pain to a minimum. or plan b if it hurts but is bearable, you could lay off shoulders and chest presses for a week, stick hard with other muscles that dont effect the shoulder pain and just hit shoulder and chest lite if you can handle it. then go from there whether or not the pain/injury is getting better.
 
ya thats something what i was thinking after my shoulder and chest presses i cant even lift my arm so rest it might have to be
 
Pushing through a shoulder injury will only make it worse and prolong recovery. Take time off and get well.
 
If its real bad Back off o.e. Blask and Blue, or making noise.

if it just hurts I might go into the gym and use about 30% less intenisty to flood the area with blood and nutrients and just keep the area preserved.

I have gotten through many injuries this way.
