my shoulder sounds like popcorn. x ray reveiled nada. p.t. was a joke could get more out of playing with myself doc said to lay low for a couple of weeks its been 4 months since i hit it up and it still sounds like popcorn bench press brings a tear to my big pussy eyes so no more bench. 1st whats a good replacement exercise for chest that wont stress my shoulder. 2nd will deca help a shoulder ( tried cortizone shot works for a couple of days).

Well I have some shoulder trouble also, but after numerous mistaken evaluations, I have relize that I had scar tissue in the chest area and it was throwing off the balance of my shoulder, which made pain jump around from chest to shoulder to bicep. BUT i have been seeing a guy in boston who partices ART Active Release Tissue and it has made a huge difference, I have my 5th visit to day and really am shocked how great it is getting, I still cant go heavy but I know it is getting better with each passing day. I heard of this treatment from TESTOSTERONE MAGANIZE UNDER :

"THE REAL MIRICLE HEALER"

AND yes deca might help some, but you say its been 4month, go see some who pratices ART. PT arougd heard are also pathetic, they think watch sportcenter all day makes them an EXPERT on sport injuries. WHAT A JOKE.

Hey bro,

I'm in the diagnostic imaging field so i know a bit about this. Your doc sent you for an xray when he should have sent you for an ultrasound of your shoulder tendons. In this exam they will image during the full range of movement and compare L/R shoulders. Make sure the ultrasound scanner they use is one of the following ( there is alot of crap out there.)

ATL - HDI5000
Acuson - Sequoia
Semiens - Allegra
GE - Logic700

These are high end high resolution systems and should get the radiologist the images he/she needs to diagnose. Also go to a place that specializes in imaging atheletes as they will have more experience with this exam.

In the mean time no heavy shoulder movements, lots of slow stretching.....and no jerkin off!!

good luck,

h.
