Another shoulder day for me.... went up in weight and had a good time doing it;)

seated press in front. 95x10, 165x8,165x8 real easy after getiing the first rep out. up 10lbs

seated behind the neck 125 x8, 125x8 nice and smooth, nice grove and no back support. up 10lbs

lateral raises 35x10, 35x10 up 10lbs
reverse flyes 35x10, 35x10 up 10lbs

Closegrip bench 185x10, 235x8, 235x7 had number eighht but spotter assisted me so it didn't count:( . i went up 10lbs and I think i can get 240 next week no problem;) 185x4 for speed

skulls with 35 3x8 on each side up 10lbs. all in all a good solid workout lasting only 32 minutes
 
That’s allot of weight for close-grip, damnn, I can only do 110-120 for 3-4x10-12, I have never gone really heavy on it yet as its a new add-in routine for me, form is important on these, I throw them in with my dips now. Good job though man, impressive weight! keep it up..
