Shoulder surgery when did you guys start lifting again?

I'm almost three months out and shoulder is still a bit tight and sore. I can feel I''m getting close but am sticking to half ass leg workouts. Still can't squat and dead so its pretty boring. Crazy how fast you get out of shape when you stop.

What did your docs say 3,4,6 months?

When did the pain subside?
