Shoulder issue

My issue is getting better with time but Im not sure if Im learning to cope with it or it is it truly getting better.
Stabbing pain in front shoulder crease during pressing movements and laterals.

Like I said its hurting less but still hurts alot during the first 45 degrees of a side lateral raise. Once I get almost shoulder high I can go from there up with no discomfort. Anyone else had this issue?
 
It's happened to me before. The cause for me was shitty form when doing dips or dumbell bench press or any any push exercise.. Going to deep puts a shit load of stress on the joint. Usually doing some rotater cuff exercises helped get me back to normal.
