Shoulder inbalance

So my left shoulder is slightly lower than my right, and it has been causing some issues with lifting. I can shoulder press a 35lb dumb bell with my right shoulder, but only a 15 lb dumb bell with my left.

I obviously need some type of extra work dedicated to developing my left shoulder, how should i go about this.

It's not just that there is less muscle in the left, but it has always been slightly lower. I've seen a chiropractic about it, an no worries, I'm just concerned about the muscle imbalance it is causing. so to clarify, anatomically there isn't a problem, but muscle wise there is an imbalance in my left shoulder that needs to be addressed.

Use the same weight for dumbells on both arms always.

That is a rather drastic strength imbalance.

my left arm is smaller than my right, but is just as strong in pressing movements and curls etc.

Always use the same weight. Its a gradual increase for muscle strength to catch up....was for me anyway. My shoulders used to be very weak in regards to holding up to the pressure i was putting on them. I military press 80lb dumbells now, which isnt a lot for some people on here, but i started where you were. Slow and steady wins the race. Keep working, you will get there. Just dont stress it too much and hurt yourself in the process.
