Shoulder feels better..did 295 for 8 today..

On the bench.. felt good..thats the heaviest I've gone in a while due to nagging shoulder pain.... I just felt like sharing this... btw.. I'm 5'8 and 208 as of this morning....(and not on any "supplements")
 
glad to hear you're doing better. maybe once your shoulder heals fully, you can actually start doing some real weight, instead of this bunny slope material you're throwing up.

jk...i could unrack 295 on bench and that's about it.
 
It wasn't really a shoulder injury..... just a constant pain in my right shoulder... I had to lay off the weights for almost a month due to a different injury (Damn, I'm fragile) and now the shoulder is feeling great..... the most I have ever done for 8 reps before is 335 (8th rep was ugly) and that was in January....... now lets not talk about what I squat for 8 reps...........:(
