Shoulder development pic

Really pleased with my shoulders so far but I feel they're getting ahead of my arms. I have the hardest time trying to get them to grow. At the moment they're around 16 3/4". Any suggestions?

I would kill for those delts!
I just use full range of motion on my arm exercizes. My arms tend to outgrow everything else though. Right now I am trying to let everything else catch up.
Heavy tricep pushdowns should get your tri's to explode.
For bi's alternating pronated dumbell curls always did the trick for me.
I generally do it as follows:

reps 15, 12, 9, 6

I increase the poundages each set.

Killer progress btw.

Thanks bro. I guess everyone has a lagging body part that dosen't want to grow. I've cut back on the volume for fear of overtraining them. But I think it's time to do what you suggested and go heavy again. BTW, how's the back holding up? Any better?

My back is junk.
I broke my right foot on Saturday too. Maybe I should say someone else broke it. One of my buddies tried to smash a wine bottle over my foot. The bottle didn't break but my foot did.
I would kill for your delts... bastard!

you are honest. you could use some arm size to catch up on your terrific shoulder development. identifying weakness is first step to improvent.

great traps. you must be genetically gifted to have that kinda development.

I started to get some really sicko peaks going w/ my biceps doing 21s w/ the ezcurl bar -- 7 reps bottom to mid range of a full curl, 7 reps mid to top range, 7 reps full range. 3 sets. Hammer curls too.

I tried 21's the other day after watching Ronnie Colemans On The Road video. They kicked my ass and I'll be adding them to my arm day.

Big shoulders are a number one turn on of mine. I love em! Looks great!

Good progress bro, your shoulders look amazing. That happens to be my weak point. Moved them to the front of the week in order to specialize them a bit. I recently started doing negative's on the preacher bench for biceps, received great results from it. Also try this superset, it helped me to bring my biceps up:

A1. Preacher Curl Machine Negatives 4x5
A2. Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curl 4x10

Not trying to hi-jack your thread Cranny, but what did you do for your shoulders? Some nice progress bro, need to add to my shoulder width and always looking for new ideas.

Thanks. Nothing special really. I just think shoulders are a strong point of mine. They've always responded well. My current routine is:
Smith machine overhead press 3X10
Dumbbell lateral raises 3X10
Front raises 3X10
Upright rows 3X10
Heavy dumbbell shrugs 3X10
