I just use full range of motion on my arm exercizes. My arms tend to outgrow everything else though. Right now I am trying to let everything else catch up.
Heavy tricep pushdowns should get your tri's to explode.
For bi's alternating pronated dumbell curls always did the trick for me.
I generally do it as follows:
reps 15, 12, 9, 6
I increase the poundages each set.
Killer progress btw.

Thanks. Nothing special really. I just think shoulders are a strong point of mine. They've always responded well.
