Should I use creatine?

Hey all,
I am a moderately built guy with a "spare tire" around my stomach, otherwise I am pretty happy with my build. I am trying to get rid of the stomach/lovehandles area by watching what I eat, etc and doing a good amount of situps / ab machines and doing cardio 3-4 times a week at least. I really want to add more muscle while reducing fat, would creatine make my spare tire worse or have little effect on it? any thoughts?
 
It's pretty tough to add muscle and lose fat simultaneously...it's far easier to cut the fat and sacrifice some muscle mass - and then begin a mass building cycle....

I would suggest you avoid creatine at first and simply follow a nice cutting diet/plan to drop the fat (hmmm CKD for example).

Save the creatine for when you move on to bulking mode.
 
i use 5g of it mixed with water on my low carb days and take 25g on my carb up days,,,if your bodyfat isnt super low to begin with i doubt you'll mind the extra bloat creatine will give u

Do you take the 25g all at once?

I ask because your body can only handle about 5g at a time... So basically, if you're taking more then 5g at once, you're wasting Creatine.
