Wow nice. If I PM you can you offer me any dieting tips or anything? Should I pick up a copy of that book you mentioned in your post up above? Also nobody answerd to what I posted before.
Because I know there are a lot of variables say somebody has decent genetics. With proper diet and training and recovery how big natty do you think they could get? Currently im all natty and my offseason weight (winter time bulking for me) is almost to 190 even. I think some ppl would be very suprised to see how big and strong you could get by staying natty. I know I postponed any useage and really stepped it up and I was quite suprised by the results I could achieve only supplimenting creatine, glutamine and whey protien and sometimes a liquid carb/protien drink.
Also maybe we could start something to help the ppl that would like to compete but dont really know how to go about it and get their feet wet? Maybe we already did but ive never seen that thread and I think that could be helpful too. Sorry didnt mean to stray from topic
