Should I increase Arimidex Dose?

I currently take .25mg A-Dex Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I inject test-E 55mg on Sunday AM, and 55mg Wednesday PM, also 250IU HCG on Tuesday and Friday. I've noticed estro spikes a few hours after injecting HCG.

The current A-Dex protocol I use suffices for 110mg Test a week, however now I'm adding in 500 IU HCG a week in two shots. I've noticed estro spikes and anxiety. Should I go to .25mg Adex EOD instead?

I don't want my E2 to go to low either. Also should I adjust the days I take the A-Dex to help with the estro spikes? Please help.....Thanks

I turn red, feel hot, sweat, and get anxiety.....All classic examples of an estro spike.

I would say its much more likely a response to the drug than it is a sign of an estrogen spike.

Yea, I would probably drop it by 50 and see how the sides are. If they are still there maybe drop another 50. Try and find a balance where it still seems to be keeping the boys plump but the sides are tolerable.

Those sides you describe could easily be from the boost in T the HCG provides, usually at 12 and 36 hours or so. Only way to know for sure is through blood work. I do a similar HRT as you and my E2 is in the low range with arimdex .25mg 2x/week. The only time it got to high was when I added some androgel 3x/week and my test went to 1400 and E2 to like 80.

What time of day do you guys get your bloodwork done? For the normal hormonal panel, it says you don't need to fast compared to something that includes lipid panel. Also, do you guys get tested the day before your next shot, the day after or have your tried both. I would imagine the day after your shot your total test and estradiol levels would both be high but 3 or 4 days later you are probably on the lower end of both scales?

The reason I ask, is that if your E2 levels are high right after your shot, shouldn't your dosage of A-Dex be higher to combat the higher E2 levels right after your shot?
