I would go with cycle #1. dispite what nelson says, thats what I call a mild cycle.

hell a protien shake would probley do wonders for you too. but when you have been trainging for years, and got a decent build, sometimes a little cycle dosen't do more than add a little boost. I don't want a little bost, i want a huge bang.
I think 500mg test for 12 weeks with 300 mg deca for 10 weeks is awesome, and not what I consider overkill. ditch the dbol. I never got shit for results with it. just a lot of bloating.
thats just me. if you want to dick around with underdosed half cycles, go ahead. to me thats like taking a half asprin for a headache. ya it may work. but why bother?
if you can make significant gains off a 250mg test only cycle you haven't reached your natural potential and shouldn't be cycling anyway.
