should i go all out by taking

500mg/week test e for 10 weeks
400mg/week deca for 10 weeks
35mg/day d bol for 4 weeks



or should i just do
500mg/ week test e for 12
and maybe
30mg/day dbol


cause most people say your best gains are in ur first cycle
 
I'll say what's your stats??
My first was 500mgs test e for 12 weeks and 30 mgs of dbol for the first 6 weeks.
I gained 22-23 lbs after pct. I got up to about 253 at my heaviest. Awesome cycle. Keep it simple for your first.

Over a gram a week for a first cycle? What morons have you been listening to?

^that right there is way to much for a first, drop the deca and go 250mg of test. 20-30mg dbol will suffice, what's your pct like?
 
I don't think anyone should go all out on any cycle but that's just me.
Better safe than sorry, believe me.
Like a first car or home we always want to get all the bells and whistle only to find out we could have save or never needed it the hard way.
I have friends who did 200mg-250mg of test a week no higher than 300mg and made wonderful gains without any sides that stayed.
A stimulant and accelerator my friend not a substitute.
Most guys go on high gear and train exceptionally hard and make woderful gains.
Those are the same guys who train even less when off gear and think it was all gear that provided the gains.
Then they take even more than what was already over the top.
Its never the gear as much as it is the desire to train and eat right.
Remember your training off gear should equal or exceed your training on if you wana keep or made additional gains.
Gluck and please lower the dosages and selections of gear.
 
I would go with cycle #1. dispite what nelson says, thats what I call a mild cycle.

To each his own bro, but no way is a gram a week for 10 weeks a mild cycle, especially for a first timer. And especially with deca and an oral. There's just no point to it other than increasing the potential risks.
 
250mg of test for 10 weeks is a waste of time.

Depends. For a young guy who's doing his first cycle, it can be pretty effective, though I usually recommend a 6 weeker for a novice.

I have an older client I'm working with right now (40) doing his first cycle and he's on just 250 mgs of test and 300 mgs of Primo a week. 4 weeks in, he's up 15 pounds, vascular, hard and dry as a bone. You can't tell him it's waste of time, he's lovin' the results too much!

TOTALLY UNTRUE!! I hadn't been in the gym for over 14 years straight and started with ONLY 200mg test prop a week and ONLY 200mg DECA a week and totally transformed my body. A gram a week for first cycle is REDICULOUS.

hell a protien shake would probley do wonders for you too. but when you have been trainging for years, and got a decent build, sometimes a little cycle dosen't do more than add a little boost. I don't want a little bost, i want a huge bang.

I think 500mg test for 12 weeks with 300 mg deca for 10 weeks is awesome, and not what I consider overkill. ditch the dbol. I never got shit for results with it. just a lot of bloating.

thats just me. if you want to dick around with underdosed half cycles, go ahead. to me thats like taking a half asprin for a headache. ya it may work. but why bother?
 
NO you should NOT

Test E or Cyp or Sus ONLY for first cycle

around 350- 500 mgs a week with light AI is best ( 10 weeeks MAX)

Why do you talk about training for years? Remember, the guy who originally asked about this stated it was his FIRST cycle. Honestly, wouldn't you rather have him ease into this with the proper PCT at the end and the proper time off, then do some more reading here and plan his next cycle with whatever he chooses?
 
I guess I don't see the point of doing a crappy cycle just to have to up the dose the next time. which is always the outcome. a cycle should be a cycle, not a learning experience, or a trial run.

if you can make significant gains off a 250mg test only cycle you haven't reached your natural potential and shouldn't be cycling anyway.
 
seriously 250mg will be plenty..if u dont get any gains and think im full of it, then i will never offer advice again. i agree u should also drop the deca and keep the dbol if u like
 
i dont exactly agree with nitro but i really dont see a large guy getting much of anything from less than maybe 400mg. i think there is also a sensitivity factor here. some are more responsive than others.
