Should I do cardio or not?

It might sound stupid I guess, but I was originally doing a bulking cycle, but my dbols are late so I'm gonna have to pass on them.

I'm just wondering, this cycle i'm doing is somewhat a bulking cycle, and I'm debating wether or not I should be doing cardio or should I just bulk up some more? I held enough water last cycle to say I'm getting Chubby around the waist. Should I hold off the cardio till I do my cutting cycle or no?
 
I always do some type of cardio when doing a bulking or cutting cycle. Just do 30 minutes a few times a week. It won't hinder your gains, and it's good for your heart.
 
i don't but everyone is different......you can do 30 min as he said,3 times a week and it won't hurt ya a bit......
 
Try doing a walk/jog on the treadmill a couple of times a week. You won't be running off your gains and you'll feel better. It will be easier to do cardio on your cutting cycle if you always do cardio. You know, "An object in motion, tends to stay in motion".
 
I would absolutely do cardio. Cardio is important for the heart. Keep that blood flowing. A great way to go if you are bulking is short, very intense 15-20 min. I like doing it on a bike. Dont do it on an empty stomach, make sure you got something in there.
 
As said before, Always do cardio. You may not care about it now but you will as you get older. Cardio is very important for good cardiovascular health. 20min/day 3-4 times a week at a medium pace is fine and should not hinder your gains at all

I am going to start doing it a couple days a week... fairly light. When I did this before, I had more energy during the day and I could eat more too.

Yes, cardio is very important. If your heart is not at the same pace as your body I think somewhere the gains will be hindered. The heart will just say "I can't handle anymore". I know when I cut it out, which I did recently, I start to breath harder.
 
mustang you do have a point......all though i don't do cardio,maybe time i should for the sake of giving the heart a workout.......
 
Cardio is very important no matter what your goals are! Just alter the amount and intensity based on what you are trying to achieve.

Just don't go too hard with the cardio and you'll be fine. I don't care what my goals are, I'll always do 20 mins. of cardio, at least 3 x's a week. Good-luck!:D
 
Cardio is very important. Alot of bodybuilders forget that a healthy strong body inlcludes your heart and respiratory system. Make sure to do at least 30 minutes three times a week.

The most recent research on cardio IS to "go all balls out." By doing it that way, you can get by with 20 min or so ea workout.
