No. If you do cardio now, keep doing it. Increase food intake if anything.

I agree. My last dose is tomorrow and I plan on continuing cardio. Last summer I ran prop/winny and I was playing d-1 football so I had to continue to run or I would never play and I still maintained my gains. Even after 3 weeks clomid I went to camp for 2 a days which is probably the worst thing to be doing post cycle and I still maintained my gains.

For me...

I am taking 2 week off. Not sure if I'll just not cardio for 1 the entire 2 weeks though. I always take a week off after my cycle as soon as I start clomid. I feel it's the best time since you'd be in more of a catabolic state that first week anyway, kind of.

I agree...Calories post cycle are crucial as you are in an extremely catabolic phase...You need calories to preserve the muscle that you have gained...Keep doing cardio so the decrease in your BMR does not make you store excess Bodyfat...You could also run some clen for strength gains and minimal fat loss during this period

slyder brings up a good point. Just take it easy for a few dys.The period between cycles is not the time to crank up the intensity or go for that new record on the bench. On the contrary, the body should be given a rest during this period, and workouts should reflect this. Immediately after the end of the cycle, and for some time afterward, the body will be in a very catabolic state. It's important to take every natural step possible to reduce this level of catabolism in order to maintain muscle mass.
Workouts should be kept brief. In this state, the body is not capable of recovering from long, intense workouts. While it's important to keep training, it's also just as important to realize you haven't got the recuperative abilities now that you possessed a few weeks previously. It's important to get adequate sleep. Sleep becomes vitally important during this period to help recovery and reduce cortical secretions.
