power cleans - warm up 12, 8, 5, 5

work sets 185 - 2x3 195x2... should have at least tried 205 right?

speed bench - 9x3

seated military front - 185 3x3 (same as last week but hell of a lot easier)

weighted dips - BW + 100 pound DB - 3x5


so.. what ya think :)
 
If you feel comfortable with the weights you are doing then bay all means go up. Any of the oly lifts need to be mastered form wise before you start adding weight. Just kind of listen to your body and it'll tell you if you need to move up or not. workout looked pretty great though nice work.

i guess ill try 205 next week.. my left forearm seems to give out quicker than my right..

i started to do extra grip work on monday after my back.. ill see how that goes
