Shot steroids into my right delt today!

Well it wasn't THAT kinda steroids! Prednisone silly. Cuz it looks like i have bronchitis and sinus infection /exascerbation of my asthma.

Looks like i'll be drugged up for the next week and not in the gym till at least Monday grrrrr.

I'm allergic to prednisone. When I got a shot in my delt when I too had asthmatic bronchitis, my whole arm ended up going numb and later my entire left side.

The area felt numb instantly after the nurse gave me the shot. I told her and she said it would feel numb for a while but would eventually go away. Which wasn't the case for me.

The prednisone pills made me vomit.

ouch. that stinks@! i have some soreness in the muscle thats about it. on the other hand, the antibiotics (Z-pack) are giving me stomach cramps like mad. every 5 minutes im bent over. not sure what thats all about.

Heres some info in asperiating:

Subjects who fail to asperiate, after injecting usually remember, shortly after the thoughts" Shit! I forgot to asperiate" This sometimes is usually followed by a damp feeling in the crotch region.
