It's a shame when a loving marriage fails. Everyone thinks that money = happiness. It does not. From what I see yes, it is nice to not have to worry about paying bills and pretty much doing what you want when you want but the downside is a lot of stress and hours in order to keep that money coming in and investing it wisely so you will be able to maintain your lifestyle. Not as easy as some people realize.
So whether she get 168 mill / 168 thousand / 168.00 if that is half, then that is half. The total number that is to be divided should have NOTHING to do with the fact that it WILL BE equally divided which is the impression that I am getting from some people.
No emotions whatsoever. Just plain hard fact. He did his part and she did hers so the assets should be divided equally at the very least.
