I can't see why you would have to pay (aside from your daughter - which is a different topic) her alimony.
Some states are no-fault states and they end up with results like this. If I remember correctly, the majority of states are no-fault states meaning that cheating on your spouse has absolutely no weight when determining alimony or division of the marital estate.
Most states have changed from the old laws to the new to no-fault laws. People simply do not take marriage serious anymore.
