He's about to have pay a record amount in a divorce settlement. Juanita would probably be a secretary if not married to Michael... The divorce laws in this country are screwed up, sure she get some compensation, but not half of his assets... No wonder successful men don't want to marry these days. They'd have to be insane.

Those laws should keep deter people from divorcing quickly. Give a reason to try and work on the relationship.

Though half the assets is a bit much....

A bit much in this case is a gross overstatement..

I'm not saying that i'd have it done, but i'm shure someone, somewhere would take care of her for $1000.

I met him when he was a speaker at KBIS - he was fantastic to listen too and aside from being an athlete he is a successful business man. He and his wife run many of their businesses together and the money that was made was made during their 17 years together.

Unfortunately - he went and cheated on his wife and whether it was the first or the last of many times she put her foot down and said enough.

Whether he was a thousandnaire, millionaire or billionaire she gets half based on the length and status of their marriage and the state in which they reside.

The laws are not right as I said. It would be no different if the woman were the one to have made all the money, the man should not get half of it. Michael made Juanita and not the other way around. Do you think she would have been successful in business to that degree on her own? So she should be compensated, but certainly not half of his assets.
