Shitty strength gain this cycle

Been on testo prop 100eod, 30mg epistane and 25mg proviron last two weeks. I have gained about 6 lbs so far with only slight waist measurement increase. I even use formestane to keep bloat down to a minimum, as if epistane and proviron doesnt do that already. When does this start working?

I have no fkin idea where this weight put itself because i see no measurement increases in biceps, thighs etc. And strength hasnt gone up a bit either which is really discouraging.

I eat about 3000-3500(workout days)kcal daily, 500 above maintenance. And no, dont tell me to eat more because hat only results in unnecessary fat gain for me.

My workout schedule is
A. Upper body
B. Lower body
C. rest
rince and repeat, occasionally i take an extra day off if i feel weak. I do 12 sets for each major muscle groups and 8 reps per set. 4 sets for minor groups(bi's tri's etc) because they get worked during big compound moves anyway..

Never had any problems with A, C, B, C schedule offcycle. Am i overtraining?

first its 2 weeks so strength shouldnt be exploding at this point.

its probably your training.. change it.. are you on a schedule where you should be going up x lbs every so often? are you failing or missing reps/sets? did you not make any gains that you should have with your training routine?

if not change your diet

if not rest more

if not its fake gear.. get bloodwork done

I workout quite often til failure, have been doing so ever since i started training. I just dont feel satisfied with the session unless my muscles are 100% blown. But i never ever drop the weight to do more reps like some people do.

Strength is up but very slightly, about the same as i probably would have made off cycle.
My previous cycle was oral only on epi + dbol and strength went up significantly although it might have been estradiol related.
It might be the gear, since its an UG lab but i have read good reviews and im also having wet dreams and a very occasional super hard boner which i normally woudltn have. No way in hell epistane would do this since it totally killed my libido last time.

Luckily i only got myself one vial since it was UG, i will be purchasing two more this time and ill make sure its HG.

I think its the intensity, might be too hard for me.
 
I would switch up your diet and training. Doesnt sound like the gear but that would be hard to tell 100% anyhow.

Also I would suggest not training by how you 'feel' Train by what your research tells you is best for you. If you are supposed to do 3 sets do 3 not 5. If you are supposed to do 5 do 5 not 7. If you are supposed to go oup 5lbs or 5% stick to the routine.

For strength try sets of 5, 3 and sets of 1, yes 1. Forget this BS about overtraining, frying the CNS, etc. I hope you're doing Squats & Deadlifts.
 
For strength and size my final set is 80%- 85% of my 1 rep max till failure. Usually in the 3-5 rep range. Any more than 6 reps X 5% and recalc.

Can you clarify this for me? It seems that there are two groups- the people who say "listen to your body" and those that stick to the routine. Isn't it normal to expect that at times you should not stick to the routine? Not out of being a little bitch, but because your body doesn't have the endurance or strength for a given routine on a given day?
