anyone else experience this? I get it extremely bad.
I even get them when I walk during the normal day. I use to get them and it was minor but now it is just unbearable.
I was thinking there might be some ways to releive the pain besides just resting. I'd rather use other methods than stop my normal walking during the day and my cardio sessions of jogging.
maybe use icey hot before training and wrap the shins up to eleviate the pain.
