chances are its your interosseus membrane. its ripping on the bone. start icing(ice massage....put paper dixie cups in the freezer till frozen and pulll the paper down and massage the area for 7 minutes every hour) and stretching your forearm flexors/extensors. along with your bis and tris

very good advise, ice the area and see physician to make sure it not a more serious issue

Thanx guys, looks like im not the only one. Yeah, the most pain is imediatly after a set and is by far the worst doing curls on the straight bar. Its a bitch, just have to stick curling the bells.

Definatly a muscle or membrane problem coz it hurts when i push into it.

Anyways il put up with it, ice it and see wot happens

i have that prob. from time to time, i found that after a set if you let go of what you are holding (dumbell/curlbar) really slow it doesnt hurt as bad as just setting it down and releasing all at once. try it
