I have a bag thats about 3/4s full of Optimum Whey Protien. ONe of the 10lbs bags. I went onto diff types of protien and i stopped working out for a while. THe bag has to be 3 years old probably. Questions:
1) How soon does it degrade?
2) Would it have any benefit at all?
