my pec tear healed 100% now I never bench ever again
good call on your plan
I would do arms 2 times a week with maybe some side deltoids and trap work included ( shrugs)
I would do legs once a week , and then do cardio on the other days
I would not do any presses for delts or back work do to the nature of the pec ties ins to those opposing muscles.
I only train legs once a week now as it is, ever since I went to once a week my gains really started coming in. Such a large area of muscle tearing them down once a week is more than enough.
I'm not even going to attempt any upper body workouts for at least the next 3 weeks. Side delts would be out of the question at the moment, too much stress on the chest right now, maybe it will get better.
I'm mainly just going to concentrate on eating clean and allowing this time to be my "Cutting" time, I can really dedicate myself to it since it will be the only training I can really do.
How long did it take your pec tear to heal and how major was it? Did yours require surgery?
Do you or anyone else for that matter have any input on the addition of HGH during the recovery phase, which I would put (depending on severity) at the very least 2 months-6months maybe a full year.
I remember reading years ago about someone who I think injured their shoulder and added HGH during their recovery and it had a fairly large inpact on their recovery.
My only concern is that it may be pointless for me personally because of my age, being that I am 25 right now and I dont have supressed/decreased levels yet.
