That was my plan, still going to hit legs with leg presses, ext's, curls, and calve raises and cycling. I am hating right now that it will be Wed before I can see the specialist because the swelling and brusing are continuing to get worse.
Sorry to hear about that buddy. The same shit happen to me 5 years ago but it was my right pec and I had the same swelling. I did not go to the Dr. for mine. It healed back up but now I have a indentation between my pec and delt. I no longer flat bench only incline. Are you by chance using fucking creatine? that was the reason for my pec tearing. Fuck that shit.
Frankly im still in shock and at the moment i'm scared shitless of even thinking about lifting, well benching right now. In time though it will come back.
Thats a negative on the creatine, I ditched creatine back when i was a teenager and have not looked back since. I never really got a much out of it, except dehydration. I just couldnt seem to get enough water down, but at that time I was not that great with diet so I am sure that didnt help. I also didnt like eating spoonfulls of that stuff either.
Thanks bro, yeah its a PITA but i'm able to manage the pain with perscriptions right now, but i'll be calling the doc soon enough for a refill, he was not very generous with the tabs, just enough to last me about 3-4 days. I'm hoping the bleeding and swelling subside by then cause thats a big part of the pain now.
I am on a cycle right now, just simple though nothing much. On prop EOD @100mg and was finishing up some TBol @ 40-60mg ED. It sucks cause I was just about to finally get to jump back on some Tren for about 8 weeks and really start cutting.
Also looks like I wont be doing any mods to the car anytime soon either. Just ordered a set of new rotors yesterday. FUCK I was thinking about picking up a cam and a set of headers too.
