Shaq's Routine

sure doesn't look like a functional strength/power athlete program :)

it's not even periodised, but I always take these mag programs with a grain of salt, most of em are made up.
 
Didn't look too bad for an 'in-season' athlete to me...

As far as not doing squats...can you imagine being a trainer and explaining to the GM that you put his MILLION(S) DOLLAR A YEAR STAR PLAYER on the injured list while he was doing your program? It doesn't matter if it was Shaq's fault that he did the wrong thing in the gym anyway...it was YOUR program...
