So i'm back FELLAS

6'1 210 with increased bf % :( prolly around 9


The holidays were hard being away from the lady and setting into a new place with school and being back at the girl I haven't really been on a split.
Anyways, one thing i always did was lift and i never ran cardio except for sports back in high school.

How should i start adding cardio in to my split (at the moment i need some ideas for a split)




So i want to start up on a nice stack of legal supps/ was just curious on any ideas for

-training split to increase lean muscle
-start adding in cardio so i can run with ease and more sex withoutr being tired with girlfriend haha
-supps that are discount because i am on a TIGHT budget
 
My idea would be:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest

But obviously you could change it depending on which body parts u spend most energy on and your experience etc.

And green tea is very cheap and quite effective, so is caffeine and unflavoured whey bought in bulk. £30 for 10lbs of it here in UK.

ur 6'1 210 and around 9% bf? how much lower are you going? do you compete?


if my legs weren't so swoll without cuts, if i had a wider more defined back i would other than that i just have a solid upper body


I prolly need to redo a bf % test; went from 9-11% my mistake
