Shadow -- BF measurement

OK all I went out & bought a digital caliper....

S -- played around with it (did it 5 times) & got: 20.4, 14, 14.7, 19.7 & 14.7

I would think the 20.4 or 19.7 are prolly closest to accurate..... if so, I'm at a better place than I thought....

I have bruises everywhere regularly and now that I'm ghostly white all you see are purple and brown marks.

I was trying (still am) to learn how to use my calipers and guess I pinched too hard, oopsie

I stood in front of the bathroom mirror & turned sideways, left arm facing the mirror, held the calipers in my right hand & reached over & pinched.....

Just hope I did it all correctly......

..thats prob not accurate...you have to pinch with one hand and read with the other

I think then you need to just drive up here & help me out..... C'mon!! It'll only take you maybe 12 hours to drive here......

Maybe I'll try to somehow explain to my hubby how to help me do this...... I guess just try to grab the skin & fat off the muscle & use the caliper to measure it?? The directions on the thing aren't that clear.....

OK -- got hubby to help me, but it turned out he's no help at all as he claims there "is nothing to pinch. It's not like you have flabby arms!!" LOL

So I tried again & got 21.8% & 23.1%.........
