Sex in conjunction with my gym schedule

Sup fellas

Just wondering how often a week should I be having sex if I want to see really decent gains? Because it's honestly a struggle going one day spesh when on the gear. And my gf is always asking. But I always feel guilty after if I've had a sweet gym sesh then go home have a root. Like I'm doing everything else right but this could be the link I'm leaving out to get bigger/stronger? How often and does to much sex effect your gains?

If you want to see good gains then you shouldn't be having sex on cycle at all.. I know the steroids will make you horny but if you just think about eating and training those urges will soon disappear.

You're wasting testosterone and increasing prolactin every time you have sex.. not a recipe for good gains

I would say work out first. eat, shower.. then do it

you want to be fresh for your workouts

on off days do it.. sex actually releases hormones so its good, I've had great workouts after sex too. but its the food issue because I get an appetite so make sure you get food in between
 
honestly, good sex sessions have always helped me to shred up even more... not only are you burning a lot of extra calories but you are going to be in better health... its very good for you to have sex... if your trying to gain a lot of size, you need to accommodate the calorie loss though... sex is extremely good for you, just keep your calorie intake in mind...
 
When not on cycle does frequent sex (5-7) ejaculation awake hinder or have a positive effect on muscle growth
 
I usually have sex or beat it at night before bed. Helps me sleep and I've already gotten my workout it and the day is through.
 
If that was the case, id be 150lbs instead of 250lbs
 
look guys this isn't a black and white thing.

I know for me I need to go to the gym well rested and with a solid pre workout meal and hydrated or I will struggle. I've had sex before workouts and they have been incredible, and I have had sex before workouts and I have sucked wind. its all about YOUR OWN experiences.. so experiment and see what works for YOU.
 
Is it true that you have to have sex within 30mins of your workout or you miss the anabolic window..


Also should I have 6 small sex session a day to boost metablism or 3 large sex sessions with some foreplay in between
