high reps when cutting, its all opinion on matter of sets, personally i totally disagree wiht doing only around 4 sets on a small bodypart, that wouldnt even feel like a workout for me(do u guys do 4 sets total, or am i wrong and u do like 2 sets pyraminding up and then 1 more set to failure that u count, thus doing around 9 or so total sets??), personally i think 12 sets for small bodyparts, 16 for large has worked for me (going to failure and pyramiding the weight up on on most sets depending onthe exercise.
