sets and reps when leaning

when leaning should i do less sets but more reps or more sets less reps

for example chest -i whoud do 5 to 6sets bench less reps like 5-8

incline 5-sets 8reps

any suggestions?? how many sets a bodypart per workout?
 
Cutting and bulking are matters of diet, not workout. When you lift, lift heavy, always. 8-10 sets for large muscle groups, 5-7 sets for small.
 
when leaning i can only handle 3-4 sets, but if i stand upright i can do anywhere from 6-8. hehehehe. :D :p :D :p :D :p :angel: :angel:

high reps when cutting, its all opinion on matter of sets, personally i totally disagree wiht doing only around 4 sets on a small bodypart, that wouldnt even feel like a workout for me(do u guys do 4 sets total, or am i wrong and u do like 2 sets pyraminding up and then 1 more set to failure that u count, thus doing around 9 or so total sets??), personally i think 12 sets for small bodyparts, 16 for large has worked for me (going to failure and pyramiding the weight up on on most sets depending onthe exercise.
