For the last week or two instead of having a set workout, i have been choosing 4 differant muscle exercises from this list below, then doing all four, 2 minute break, and repeating.

squats
pull-ups
sit-ups
press-ups
upright row
overhead press
side & front lateralls
skull crushers
standing bicep curl
tricep extension
concentration curl
weighted pull ups
bent over lateralls
thrusters
hammer curl
bench press
deadlift
barbell crawl
incline dumbell bicep curl
dumbell flye
weighted squats


What do u think to this? Would i be better just doing set workouts?
