what the heck are you using? Tar based AS ?

have you filtered /baked your AS?

Man that must hurt! I was just using Winny suspension and it pulls through a 25g needle with only getting blocked a few times. I would suggest to shake it up really well before sucking it up into the syringe. This might break up any particles that have clumped together.

If shaking it, warming it doesn't help, and it clogs a 19g during injection, then screw it bro, just draw it with an 18g and DRINK the damn winny. It works just as well orally as it's 17aa. There will always be some who argue that injection is more effective, and it probably is, but you won't notice the difference.
