Seriously considering getting a god

Not the one, supreme being, but just "a" god. You know, like Thor or Zeus. Things have gotten stale lately, and I'm wondering if a little anthropomorphic theism isn't exactly what I'm looking for.

I could set up some rituals, build a temple, induct others into the cul ... err ... I mean religion.

With the help from my new god, I should be granted the right to rape and pillage to a comfortable degree.

We could have singalongs and barbecues twice a month. In the parking lot of a tackle and feed shop.

Thor is fun, being Asatru and everything, lots of drinking mead and praising his name and accomplishments (called a Blot -- pronounced bloat).

Zeus can be a tad umm, fickle ... oh, and he's a pedo and generally a horny bastard. He'd be totally down with the rape/pillage business, would encourage it, in fact. Has engaged in it himself, actually.
