Now please don't take this as a diagnosis, but it sounds like you may have a neuromuscular problem. Try decreasing the thermic temp of the muscle about 30-60 minutes after working out (just use a small ice pack) this should minimize the cramping. DONT stretch too much, long explanation but trust me, would most likely make it work. Hope this helps.
rollergirl its cuz u r bowbow. and do u get the massive muscle cramps where u can literally see the muscle balling up. i get those in my calves. a good myofascial massage does wonders
